Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 September 2026
These terms cover the PoseSense website and the waitlist. They do not cover the PoseSense app, which has not launched; separate terms will apply to it when it does.
What PoseSense is today
A product in development and a form to register interest in it. Nothing on this site is a finished product, and the features described are planned rather than delivered.
What joining the waitlist does and does not mean
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, a reservation, or a contract. It does not guarantee you access, a place in any queue, a particular price, or that the product will be released at all. We may change the product, delay it, or stop work on it entirely without notice.
Any reference to free or discounted early access is a statement of current intent, not a promise. Pricing is not settled.
Using this site
Please do not:
- Submit someone else’s details, or details you made up, to the waitlist form.
- Attempt to gain access to data, accounts or systems you are not entitled to.
- Disrupt the site, or submit automated or bulk sign-ups.
We may remove waitlist entries and block access if we believe these terms are being broken.
Our content and third-party code
The PoseSense name, logo, copy and product designs belong to us. You may not present them as your own or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Parts of this site’s interface are built on open-source code used under the MIT licence, with attribution recorded in the site’s source. Those components remain the property of their authors and are governed by their own licence terms.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that anything described on it will be built as described.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
Changes
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
