Privacy Policy

PoseSense is a pre-launch product. Today this site does one thing that involves your data: it takes waitlist sign-ups. This policy describes exactly that, and nothing more. We will publish a fuller policy covering the camera app before it ships.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we store:

• Your name, as you typed it.
• Your email address, converted to lowercase so we can detect duplicates.
• What you plan to use PoseSense for, if you chose an option. This field is optional and may be left blank.
• A random identifier and the time you signed up.

That is the complete list. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, we do not set cookies, and our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so simply reading these pages does not report anything about you to anyone.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which ordinarily include IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the site. We do not use those logs for marketing.

Why we collect it

To tell you when early access opens, and to get a rough sense of who wants the product. We ask for your consent by having you submit the form; you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your entry. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are held in a managed key-value database provided by Vercel, who host this site and process the data on our instructions. Depending on the region your data may be stored outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

Until early access opens and we have contacted you, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the product does not ship, we will delete the list.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in India, these rights sit under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, they sit under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR respectively, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of them, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your waitlist entry is immediate and irreversible, and means we will not be able to notify you at launch.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the entry.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people already on the waitlist will be sent by email.
